Bollard Controls

The word “bollards” describes a variety of structures that mainly control or direct road traffic or create vehicle-free zones. Arranged in a line to close a road path to vehicles above a certain width and height, bollards can be mounted near enough to each other that they block ordinary vehicles, but wide enough apart to permit campus service vehicles through. On campus, you will typically identify:

  • Pneumatic bollards
  • Removable bollards
  • Stationary bollards

We provide bollard raising and lowering services, which are available on a recharge basis.
