The University is governed by laws which mandate all construction (work that involves the connection or affixing to existing walls, ceilings, floors, or building utility systems) be performed on a University authorized construction contract. Issuance of University construction contracts involves a public bid process which requires development of construction documents and a subsequent six to eight week bid solicitation period. There are benefits to this process, however, for many projects it can be impeding.

Many of our clients need to their renovation work done in a very compressed time frame. In response to that need, we developed a construction delivery system that complies with University policies on construction contracting, but allows work to begin on your project immediately without any loss in time or expenses associated with formal bidding. In addition, this process virtually eliminates general contractor overhead and profit expenses which are typically 20% of the construction cost.
