How does it work?

1. ES team will perform an energy audit:

2. Customer must choose and implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) that will equate to 5% annual energy savings based on the audit calculations. ECMs can be lighting retrofits with occupancy sensors, HVAC scheduling changes, building automation (temperature/pressure resets, ventilation), envelope improvements (window films and insulation), old equipment replacements.
