Facilities Management provides a variety of services from custodial care to major renovations. Requests for service, both state and client funded, are processed through Customer Relations.
State Funded Services
State Funded Services: Facilities Management provides basic maintenance and repair in eligible state funded space. Submit requests to the Trouble Call Center.
Client Funded Services
Client Funded Services: Maintenance, repair and alterations to non-state funded space are funded by the client as recharges.
FM Billing on the Web
FM Billing on the Web: Clients funding time and material jobs (i.e. blanket work orders) may view their monthly charges on line.
