Facilities Management provides a variety of services from custodial care to major renovations. Requests for service, both state and client funded, are processed through Customer Relations.

State Funded Services

State Funded ServicesFacilities Management provides basic maintenance and repair in eligible state funded space. Submit requests to the Trouble Call Center.

Client Funded Services

Client Funded ServicesMaintenance, repair and alterations to non-state funded space are funded by the client as recharges.

FM Billing on the Web

FM Billing on the WebClients funding time and material jobs (i.e. blanket work orders) may view their monthly charges on line.
