FM Partners with GSEIS to Construct New GIRR in Moore Hall

On March 16, a newly constructed Gender Inclusive Restroom (GIRR) was opened in Moore Hall, the fifth oldest building on the UCLA campus. This achievement adds to the inventory of over 300 GIRRs on the UCLA campus! FM partnered with the Graduate School of Education and Information Studies (GSEIS) to share the cost of constructing the new restroom. FM would like to extend our sincere thanks to Dean Marcelo M. Suarez-Orozco, Associate Dean Olivia Diaz Ramirez, Building Coordinator Steve Hernandez and all the GSEIS staff for their leadership and collaboration in facilitating this important campus improvement.

FM would also like to recognize the significant contributions of Project Manager Cory Knapp, Construction Superintendent Randy Stuckey, Principal Architect Omar Newland, Associate Architect Parvin Heidari and FM Interior Designer Janine Tchilingirian for their invaluable contributions to the success of this project.

The photos below provide clear insight into the absolute precision in which the FM team brought this new facility together!
